Wtulich/Focht Family Maternity Session

For as long as I've known Lindsay her heart's desire has been to have a husband and family. It has been so beautiful to watch God bring her these things in His wonderful timing. Not only was she thrilled to be having her second child, but got to enjoy/share her pregnancy with her sweet sister. I mean how fun?! They are so close and I know this was so special!

I was so happy to capture some cutie shots of their bellies and growing families this Spring! Both girls recently gave birth to healthy babies! Thank you Jesus <3

Irons - Fall Mini-Session

You know when you watch your kids and see even the tiniest bit of their personality start to show up? Isn't it fun to think what they'll grow up to be like?! Well, the Irons have 3 kiddos full of personality - all unique and beautiful in their own way. Alexa is definitely smarter than I am. Drew is creative and crazy and fun. Finally, little Brooke is shy and reserved, but so so sweet. It is neat to watch them all grow and become themselves, even just from behind the lens. This is another reason I love capturing families - I get to see the change, the growth and of course, all the love. Here is the great Irons family Fall mini-session:

Defrains - Fall Mini-Session

Can you guys believe I'm still blogging my Fall Mini-Sessions?! Wow! I just can't get over the wonderful response and blessed time I had capturing so many wonderful families - including this one. I have known Tiff and Ryan for quite some time. They are a blessing to be around and now have the sweetest kids. This shoot was to celebrate their coming little one. Well, little Elena Joy has since made her debut and is just as sweet as her brother and sister! Seriously, it truly is such a special thing for me to do what I do - giving family memories. Roman Turns 1

I feel like sometimes life just isn't fair - like honestly, it is not acceptable for me to be able to dive into a WHOLE CAKE, but if I was one then, of course, "Sure! In fact, GO FOR IT!" haha, I'm kidding (or am I?) I had such a fun time watching sweet Roman celebrate turning one and being rewarded with a cake ... he however didn't dive in like I personally would. Sprinkle by sprinkle he started to warm up, we even tried to make it a little fun and messy, but unlike me and his mama, Roman must not have a sweet tooth, or not yet anyway ...

The first year is full of so many milestones and me and Kayla have worked through a lot of them together as mama friends! I was happy to celebrate with this cute little guy! Happy Birthday Roman!
